These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RecruitrKit platform, website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). RecruitrKit is a recruitment technology platform providing branded job boards, CRM integrations, candidate management tools, and a recruitment marketplace.

By accessing or using RecruitrKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "RecruitrKit", "we", "us", "our" refers to RecruitrKit and its operators.

• "User" refers to recruiters, agencies, businesses, or individuals using the Service.

• "Candidate" refers to any individual who applies for a job or submits personal data via RecruitrKit.

• "Client" refers to any recruiter, agency, or organisation using RecruitrKit to advertise roles.

• "Marketplace" refers to RecruitrKit’s job bidding and work allocation feature.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RecruitrKit. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

• Use RecruitrKit only for lawful recruitment and employment-related purposes

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Comply with all applicable employment, data protection, and privacy laws

• Not misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service

RecruitrKit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms.

5. Recruitment Marketplace

RecruitrKit provides a marketplace enabling recruiters to view, bid on, and work recruitment roles.

• RecruitrKit is not a party to recruitment contracts between users

• Fees, placement terms, and delivery expectations are defined by the job owner

• RecruitrKit does not guarantee work, placements, or earnings

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by RecruitrKit are owned by or licensed to RecruitrKit. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

RecruitrKit is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitrKit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

RecruitrKit may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Users may terminate their account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
