Q: My jobs aren’t syncing from my CRM.
→ Ensure your CRM connection is active under “Connectors.” Reauthenticate if needed.
Q: The job board isn’t showing any jobs.
→ If your CRM is connected, check that jobs are marked as “active” in the CRM. If manual, verify they’re published.
Q: I can’t upload my logo.
→ Use a .png
or .svg
under 2MB. Transparent logos display best.
Q: The brand colour isn’t applying everywhere.
→ Go to Settings → Brand and ensure your primary hex colour is saved — it updates your whole portal.
Q: I’m seeing “Embed Error” when placing my job board.
→ Make sure your site supports iframe embeds and that the domain matches your RecruitrKit settings.
